Kayla Worrall first appeared on the podcast in Season 1, and now she's back to tell Pete what's changed with the Ramsey product expansion globally. Product is moving off the shelves faster than she can look at it. As SRO Technology’s Supply Chain Manager, Kayla has grown her team, reworked processes, and added resources to keep pace with what SRO is building, assembling, and quality checking. She talks about the products SRO is now in a position to consider that weren't on the table a year ago, and makes a case for restraint: saying “no” to what can't be delivered properly, rather than saying “yes” and failing.
