White Stripes @ Icky Thump Records

The White Stripes perform a show at the old Tower Records building in Los Angeles, CA on June 20, 2007. The band had flown over from NYC the night before (or the day of, who knows) which for those who don't know, is traveling across 3 time zones in less than 24 hours, which is why Jack sounds like a mess here. They flew across the country to celebrate their album release and then played in a record shop that i think at this point had already shut down and then went to Canada to play to towns that never get mainstream acts (because who the fuck goes to Iqaluit???) like they both seem to be great people, and i hope Meg is enjoying herself wherever she may be. did you guys see the livestream for the Boarding House Reach concert? I think Jack's metabolism has slowed down and Fat Jack is here to stay! :D
