Pancake Mountain 🥞 | Emma's Big Little Adventures! | Episode 48

Chef Emma wants to make pancakes ALL by herself! Flour flies, an egg shell sneaks into the bowl, and Mom's GREAT flipping contest sends one pancake into Jersey's mouth and another one... onto the ceiling. When Emma isn't allowed to flip, Dad gives her the most important job in the kitchen. In this episode Emma learns: Heat changes food: runny pancake batter turns soft and solid in a hot pan, and it can never turn back into batter. Little bubbles on top mean it's time to flip. Big little lesson: The hot stove is only for grown-ups – but everybody can help in their own way.
