Savoring the last of October

Today's short video is a quick tour on the changes that have happened around the property and in the gardens just in the last few weeks . Fall is my favorite time of year and every day there is something new to either do or finish. I love putting the beds 'to bed' for the winter with a nice layer of mulch to protect and nourish what lies below the surface awaiting Spring. Looking forward to seeing how the lasagna garden turns out. It was a LOT of work, but if it delivers what they promise, it will all have been very worth it.
