A city on the edge of collapse becomes victim to yet another act of domestic terror. This time the stakes are too high. This time it's for keeps. The City has had enough. The Los Sueños Police Department has had enough. Here it all stops. _____ Vice Cop Stories A Vice detective working the beat of Los Sueños is caught up in an interdepartmental conspiracy involving sleeper agents celled within the LSPD. This city has a way of taking a piece of you only to be filled back in with cold hard concrete. After the attempted assassination on Governor re-elect hopeful Andrew Whitfield and then the Left Behind's attempt on Senator Fremont's life it seems that civil unrest is at a point of detonation. City services are on strike leaving waste littering the streets. Cartel gangs who were at first a moderate nuisance now have embedded cells within Los Sueños county, bringing narcotics and illegal firearms into the hands of criminals. Even the very fabric of the government is stained with the soiled prints of corruption. What is really going on? Who can we really trust? Citizens within the riots are somehow being armed and are opening fire on vehicles and businesses all over Los Sueños County. High command is coordinating with FISA who have determined that the Black Sentinel have been activated and are being weaponized to move against the government of Los Sueños. Armed looting is now making it's way South of Downtown 22nd Street and appears to be heading towards the General Avenue LSPD precinct. Meanwhile City Hall is under siege the mayoral leadership of the city cannot be found. LSPD SWAT has just received a call for service at the UnityTrust Banc downtown. Hopefully whatever is happening over there can be handled quickly. We don't know how much longer it will be safe enough to leave the precinct. This City is on it's knees. Crowded protests have turned into full fledged rioting. Citizens are destroying government buildings and setting fire to vehicles. Gangs are forming of like minded individuals who are fed up with the Mayor turning a blind eye to the crime and lack of resources. Their office's only response? A gross overreaching of authority by weaponizing the police districts into performing military actions against the citizens of Los Sueños. The National Guard is on it's way to put these riots down. The LSPD are the only one's standing in the gap between the liberation of the citizens of this mighty city and an absolute militarized police state of affairs with the military overriding all police matters.
