Any Idea On These Men's Boots?

Any Idea On These Men's Boots? I bought these boots a couple of months ago on ebay! Now they were listed as riding boots But personally, I don't think these are equestrian riding boots! I think maybe more Motorcycling boots? Any ideas or on what the make/brand might be?
