DAY 1 with a new whitewater kayak - my Liquid Logic Hoss and new Werner Stikine WW paddle: Quick demos on the pond and river of my Liquid Logic Hoss whitewater kayak which I bought used late last year and finally got to try out with the nicer, warmer Spring weather finally arriving here in South Carolina. Got a good price on this older model whitewater kayak that is touted to be a beginner-friendly river runner boat that I’m hoping to learn how to roll and continue to progress with in my beginner whitewater kayaking journey. My initial impressions are that (for a whitewater boat) it's fairly comfortable, stable, and quick. Looking forward to getting more time in it over the summer.
