Common Errors, Misunderstandings and Other Tips pt 1 Over the years I have seen many people post many problems in the Serif Forum or on Facebook. Many problems occur so often, I thought I’d bring some together and answer them as best I could. 1: After selecting an area of an image, Affinity Photo won’t Duplicate the Selection area. 2: When the Brush Tool is selected, there is no visible colour or image of the Brush Head and when used, no painting is done. 3: Having trouble finding a certain Shape Tool. 4: The Hardness Setting of the Brush Tool is greyed out.
