Camp hosting on Ocracoke Island North Carolina 

Spending the summer 2026 on Ocracoke Island, North Carolina as Camp hosts. if you’re looking for a laid-back atmosphere quiet beach resort this is the place. Most days we had the beach to yourself. You can drive on the beach or you can walk to the beach.  Only about a quarter of the island is developed on the south end. It’s cute little village where there’s restaurants in little places you can go get souvenirs. They have boats that you can rent to go out fishing, crabbing or clamming. The island most people have golf carts to ride around on or where you can rent them and they also have places where you can rent bikes as well. It’s a very slow paced quiet, cute little town.
