Chinese Waitress CO: Knit Version (untwisted)

How to work the Chinese Waitress CO using knitting needles. This version produces an untwisted chain. (Note, I say 180 degrees when I should have said 360 degrees.) Note: on the first row of knitting after casting on, simply drop the slip knot when you come to it. (Do not knit it.)
