Pizza Paratha Recipe By Chef Shireen Anwar | Ramzan Special Quick Recipe | MasalaTV‪@ImtiazStores‬ PIZZA PARATHA RECIPE INGREDIENTS : Chicken tikka shredded 1 cup Pizza sauce 4 tbsp Mayo garlic sauce 4 tbsp Mushrooms sliced 4 Olives sliced 6 Capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp Onion chopped 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese ½ cup Mozzarella cheese ½ cup Oil for frying Maida mixed with flour (knead into a dough for paratha) Ingredients for Dough : Fine flour 2 cups Maida 1 cup Sugar 1 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Egg ½ to 1 Oil 2 tbsp Water to knead (as required) METHOD FOR DOUGH : Mix flour and maida with salt, sugar, egg, and oil, mix well, knead with water, and knead well, leave it covered for half an hour then make balls, leave it for a while, and make parathas.
