Kya Yateem Hona Is Bachay Ka Qasoor Tha? ❤️‍🩹 . . ملتان میں یتیم بچے کے ساتھ پیش آنے والا افسوسناک واقعہ — آخر کب تک؟ 💔 ملتان میں ایک یتیم بچے کو گاڑی سے کچلنے کے افسوسناک واقعے نے ایک بار پھر شیلٹر ہومز میں مقیم بے سہارا بچوں کے تحفظ، حقوق اور ان کے ساتھ ہونے والے مبینہ ناروا سلوک پر کئی اہم سوالات کھڑے کر دیے ہیں۔ ہم 2020 سے مسلسل ان بچوں کی آواز بننے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں جو اپنوں سے بچھڑ گئے، جن کی شناخت مٹ گئی، جنہیں تعلیم سے محروم رکھا گیا اور جن کے حقوق مبینہ طور پر پامال ہوتے رہے۔ آج کا واقعہ بھی اس بات کی یاد دہانی ہے کہ ان بچوں کے تحفظ کے لیے محض دعوے نہیں بلکہ عملی اقدامات کی ضرورت ہے۔ ریاست کو چاہیے کہ ایسے بچوں کے لیے ایک مؤثر اور شفاف نظام قائم کرے، شیلٹر ہومز کی باقاعدہ نگرانی کرے، شکایات کی غیر جانب دارانہ تحقیقات کروائے اور بچوں کے حقوق کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لائے۔ یہ بچے کسی کی بے بسی نہیں، ہماری ریاست کی ذمہ داری ہیں۔ ان کی حفاظت، تعلیم، عزت اور بہتر مستقبل یقینی بنانا ہم سب کی اجتماعی ذمہ داری ہے۔ آئیے، ان بے آواز بچوں کی آواز بنیں اور مطالبہ کریں کہ اس واقعے کی مکمل تحقیقات ہوں اور ہر بچے کو محفوظ زندگی گزارنے کا حق ملے۔ __________________________________________ The Tragic Incident in Multan: Who Will Protect Our Orphaned Children? 💔 The heartbreaking incident in Multan, in which an orphaned child was reportedly run over by a vehicle, has once again raised serious questions about the safety, protection, and treatment of vulnerable children living in shelter homes. Since 2020, we have been highlighting the struggles of children who lose their way home, become separated from their families, and end up in shelters. Many of the children reunited with their families have shared heartbreaking accounts of their experiences. Allegations of mistreatment, denial of education, exploitation, suppression of identity, and deprivation of basic rights must not be ignored. Every allegation deserves a fair and transparent investigation, and every child deserves dignity, protection, and justice. The government must establish a dedicated department to oversee the welfare of orphaned and abandoned children. Shelter homes must be regularly inspected, complaints must be investigated impartially, and anyone found violating children’s rights must be held accountable under the law. These children are not a burden; they are our collective responsibility. It is time for the state to take practical action, ensure their safety, provide quality education, and create opportunities for them to become confident, capable, and productive citizens. Let us raise our voices for those who cannot speak for themselves. No child should suffer simply because they have no one to stand beside them.
