The present moment is like an infinite unfolding of a lotus flower. I always feel replenished by the end. I took my Bodhisattva vows back in March 2026, and I made a promise to live my life in a way that will ceaselessly be of benefit to others, so I started creating free teachings to help alleviate suffering. Over on my Patreon, I share my innerwork: dharma talks, guided meditations, podcast episodes, somatic practices, and the messy, honest inner work that took me from chaos to mental clarity. it's all completely free. No paywall. Just teachings, freely given, for anyone who needs them. (There are optional donation tiers if you'd like to support the work, but everything is accessible to everyone) This is where we go beyond relaxation and into real transformation:   / irmaladulce   For my complete Reiki & Energy Work Playlist, WATCH HERE:    • Reiki Healing for Restorative Sleep   ☆ ✰ ✯ ✡ ✪ ✶ ✱ ✲ ✴ ✼ ✻ ✵ ❇ ❈ ❊ ❖ Rewatch your favorite parts: 00:00 Setting Intentions 00:35 Shoulder & Guided Breath 03:51 Reiki Massage & Somatic Therapy 11:00 Negative Energy Sweeping 16:05 Softest Spine Brushing 17:49 Affirmations & Softest Sweep 19:12 Reiki Healing Third Eye Opening 20:40 Soft Scalp Scratching Crown Healing 23:12 Soothing Fanning While You Sleep 26:34 No Thunderstorm Version ★ ☆ ✰ ✯ ✡ ✪ ✶ ✱ ✲ ✴ ✼ ✻ ✵ ❇ ❈ ❊ ❖ #asmrreiki #reikiasmr #asmrenergywork
