Rubicon is a planet defined by one thing. Coral. The sentient resource was once considered the crowned jewel of human resourcefulness. A high energy data conduit, it was coveted by all. Little was anyone aware, this sentient, self replicating substance was also immensely combustible. The fires that scorched the skies kept the greed of megacorps away, but only for a time. You are a Raven, an armored core pilot augmented using the coral. While this makes your reactions super human and your perception sharp, it has a side effect few are aware of. Exposure to coral allows it into your mind. Since this exposure, you have grown more aggressive, more hostile, and more self destructive.
