NCIS || Halloween

Happy Halloween! This one is dedicated to one of my favorite NCIS episodes, 4x06 "Witch Hunt." Not only is it the first Halloween episode, followed by more of my favorites like 6x06 "Murder 2.0" and 8x06 "Cracked," but it's also one of my favorites. I blame Abby's costume.
