Riding from Kakani (2,000m) to Budhanilkantha (1,400m) through the lush green trails of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. Our original plan was to reach Sundarijal, but the intense mountain bike trail had other plans for us. From unpredictable weather, steep uphills, downhill warnings, muddy slips, leeches (juka) and getting stung by nettles (sisnu), to dog escorts and hidden waterfalls, this ride had EVERYTHING.
