#CommunitiesNotCages - Hudson Link Westchester Rally

On December 16 at 12pm, the event '#CommunitiesNot Cages' Defiant Hope: Mapping the Way to Real Justice and Safety for All' took place. This holiday season, families missing their loved ones came together to advocate for an end to New York's unjust sentencing laws, holding rallies and press conferences across New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Westchester, Albany, Buffalo, and Long Island. Hudson Link hosted the Westchester area rally at our Hudson Link Boutique, a resource center where returning students can "shop" for new threads, both professional and personal, as they reintegrate into society. Experience the powerful lineup of remarkable speakers, featuring those personally impacted, fervent advocates, committed community leaders, and impactful legislators as they raised their voices and stood firm against mass incarceration.
