【Genshin Impact】 Well... This chapter broke me... - no mic

Hewoo, I'm Myucchiwi but you can call me Myu! I'm a VTuber fairy trying to blend in the human world! I have developed a dysphony from voice overuse and repetitive lesions. Whenever I try to speak, my vocal chords start to hurt a lot, so most of my streams will be no mic until I get my voice back. I will do some updates in my streams whenever I have updates for it. 1st update: I went to my GP (General Practitioner & family doctor) and she told me due to my repetitive vocal chords lesions (mucus) I might have developed either: 1. a nodule (best case scenario, as it needs only medications, voice therapy and voice rest), 2. a polype (it's like a big growth that hardened and make the vibration of vocal chords harder) 3. a granuloma (which is a benign (non cancerous) tumour (growth)). Both polypes and granulomas require surgery to remove them. I will get the confirmation of exactly what I have in one month (around end of september 2026) when I will check with the ENT (eyes, nose and throat) doctor through a laryngoscopy (camera inside the larynx).
