It is pretty tough to introduce new task and to do lists for my daughter. Sometimes, I get ideas over the internet or sometimes I just do it on my own and hope for the best that I will work. What age should you start potty training? I started potty training my daughter when she was around 2 years old. Perfect time to do it at two years old, kids/toddlers at that age have the ability to comprehend and understood what we parents say. Toddlers are smart by the way. Their ability to grasp and understand thing is incredible. Children are unique there are some that is ready at 2 years old, 3 years old or 4---just do not get pressured, when they are ready--they will do it. Potty training is one of, well I can say, the most difficult to learn and do for my daughter. It needs timing. It needs patience to teach and train her. But over the few days of messes, lots of talks, lots of encouragement----she did it finally. I didn't let her tried the pull ups diaper. I potty trained her during spring time. With a shirt and an underwear----perfect outfit to put on during potty time and session. I do not care about accidents and messes, I love serving and cleaning up. In this video, I talked about the potty training tips, ideas and advises that I applied when I teach my daughter Ainzley during her potty time. Having a potty or toilet that looks similar to our regular big toilet helped her understand what we are doing. On the day 3, she finally did the job done. It was a success. I placed her potty in a convenient spot, near to her play area so that she can grab toys, books or anything while she is doing her business haha. Every hour or two, I let sit or put her in her potty for 15 minutes.
