SC ST Act के कितने केस फर्जी, नए आंकड़े ने उड़ा दिए होश! The IIT Bombay case has once again sparked a debate over whether the SC/ST Act is being misused and whether any steps will be taken to prevent such alleged misuse. In today’s video, I will tell you how many alleged fake cases under the SC/ST Act are being registered every year, and how many cases have been closed by the police after being classified as false. When you look at this data, you will be surprised. And it is important to discuss this data because, recently, there have been some cases where there was initially no caste angle, but later, allegations related to caste discrimination were added. For example, there was the Jantar Mantar assault case in which a case of assault was registered against Swatantra Bhardwaj. Around two to two-and-a-half months later, an SC/ST Act case was registered against him. Similarly, the IIT Bombay case was initially described as a cheating case, but later, allegations of caste discrimination emerged in the matter. An SC/ST Act case has been registered against an IIT Bombay professor. Now, the truth about both these cases will be known only after the investigation. But if you look at the data related to SC/ST cases, you will understand why sections of the so-called upper-caste community are demanding a review of this law along with a review of the reservation system. And why there are also demands for the creation of a commission for the so-called upper-caste community, similar to the commissions for SCs and STs. Look at this: in 2021, the Rajasthan Police said that 40 percent of the cases registered under the SC/ST Act were false. According to the Rajasthan Police, 42 percent of the cases registered against SCs and 40 percent of the cases registered against STs were found to be false. In 2019, 8,591 cases were registered under the SC/ST Act in Rajasthan. In the same year, the police filed a “Final Report – False” in 3,601 cases registered under the SC/ST Act. That means that, compared to the total number of cases registered, around 42 percent were found to be false in 2019. In 2020, 8,895 cases were registered under the SC/ST Act in Rajasthan. In the same year, the police filed a “Final Report – False” in 3,618 cases registered under the SC/ST Act. That means that, compared to the total number of cases registered, around 40 percent were found to be false in 2020. In 2022, this figure reached 48 percent, and in 2023, it stood at 45 percent. In other words, if 100 cases are being registered, investigations are finding around 45 to 48 of them to be false.
