Short vid before I'll be PC-less for a week, prob will turn it into an actual short later Yes I only noticed when editing but Outis was just buffing herself, that's because her ishmael and Hong Lu all tied minimum speed and the buffs went to earliest deployed, aka herself I hate PM coding At least it's still impressing damage. And yea he's pretty much the only candidate for this, all other charge ids just get a lot of speed and can't make them slowest for Outis.
