7th gen civic Immobilizer fixing/hacking after swap or other problems

This seems to be a problem for a bunch of Honda enthusiasts so we decided to document it. You have to have a working ecu with the matching key. otherwise this may not work. If you simply can not program new keys this may be a way to make the system programmable again.
