Time to duke it out against the brat that promoted the chaos that ravaged the kingd-!
Key Notes:
FINAL BOSS: Megadragonbowser - HP: 1600 x3
...Or, um, his dad, who just came back early from vacation and got possessed by a random dragon of living energy. Oh, okay. We can still do this.
Anyhow, let's break this down for those who want to finish this fight fast for the Perfect rank (the fight should finish under 7 turns). There are two options:
1) You actually fight this battle defensively to win and just wait for new stronger weapons to unlock to retry this fight with better chances at the Perfect rank.
2) You listen to me good for pointers to make the situation memorable.
General Tip: Focus all main attacks on the final boss with the stupidly long name string and hardly use said main weapons on reinforcements. Note that Dash can only work on lesser enemies.
Cheap Trick: Bring Yoshi to combine his Super Chance with Mario's M-Power (preferably boosted to the max for a 70% boost) and rain hell on Bowser.
1) First Phase
Four Valkyries aid Bowser here. They're relatively too close to you, so units that can strike all of them with Dash can have an easy time weakening them all. Rabbid Mario can take them all out AND deal damage to Bowser using his Magnet Dance and his hammer in one move.
Bowser will ALWAYS cause Burn with his main attack and deal the maximum damage limit he has.
2) Second Phase
Right after getting his first HP bar down, Bowser will toss meteors to rain down all over the map every turn he moves around the field. These meteors don't take the usual 2x2 range but rather a 3x3 range, so you better make sure where to step on (do note some of the iron covers also have the charred spots underneath them!).
This is the only fight where Sight techniques can strike Bowser multiple times. The other phases don't give you the benefit.
Four Bucklers will come forth. I do recommend taking most of them down quickly, because their ink Super Effect can stall the battle in the worst case scenario.
WARNING: Before you deplete Bowser's second HP bar, make sure ALL you units are hiding behind iron covers facing the edges of the map (so don't place them closer to the center).
3) Third Phase
Assuming you did the above, Bowser will clear out the meteors and now charge straight at a random unit of your team. If he succeeds, the unit gets pushed out and he will gain a protective barrier that WILL keep him safe from any number of attacks no matter how many times you strike him in one turn.
Also, Sight techniques don't work when he's inside his shell.
However, the gimmick of this phase is that taking cover from behind the iron covers is the right way to stun Bowser into not using his barrier, allowing you to wail at him until he charges at someone else from the center of the stage (so you have to hit-and-run to a cover).
By the way, each cover he hits is destroyed, so go look for another cover.
Watch, enjoy, and comment, everyone.
