BBC Radio Nottingham

BBC Radio Nottingham launched on 31 January 1968, the fourth of the BBC's experimental local radio stations. Initially heard on 94.8 MHz (the video caption comes from the mid 70s by which time the frequency had changed and it was also on MW). These sound clips include part of the station launch and many early examples of programmes you would have heard in the late 60s and early 70s.
