Otis Traction Elevators at Water Tower Place Mall in Downtown Chicago, IL.

Filmed on March 14, 2016: These both the parking & express elevators here in this mall. These used to have the Touch-Sensitive fixtures like the ones at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel until they modernized them wit Series 2 Vandal-Resistant in early 2008.
