Athletic U12G vs. Hot Shots cache valley 10.19.26

Team Athletic U12G plays their 7th game of the fall season in Logan, UT. This hot shots team was aggressive and a good competitive match. The first half our team was fighting hard to get possession of the ball, and get the ball in our attacking half. The 2nd half we turned up the heat and played our game much better, matched the others team aggression, was first to the ball much more, and had many more scoring opportunites. Ended in a 2-2 tie. Hot shots first goal on us, was on the line and hit the cross bar, the AR insisted the ball crossed the line giving them the first goal of the game. Very questionable, but as you may know as a spectator of youth sports, the refs have the final word. We just had to get the goal back, and we got 2, Hot shots, however, also got another goal off a corner right at the end tying the game. Overall these girls are giving their best playing against these teams, and working on moving up in brackets for the spring season.
