SWFL Eagles 💗 WELCOME TO SEASON 15 POND CAM IS LIVE! M15 & NEW FEMALE TOGETHER IN NEST TREE! 9.17.26

Welcome to SWFEC season 15 with M15 and a new female eagle! ♥ M15 has spent the summer mostly out of cam view but he has been spotted on the cell towers with a female eagle and seen in the pasture pond area. Local photographer Barb Henry has been going to the nest and has photographed M15 and his new lady yesterday and today on the cell towers, at the nest tree, and M15 decided to take a bath in the pond and dry his wings on a pasture snag. I included some of the beautiful photos Barb took today in the video! M15 is seen flying into the nest and he may have brought a stick with him. Because the pond cam was not zoomed in, I can't be certain of it but his behavior would suggest he is bringing in sticks! He flies off and then seconds later, he returns to the nest and the female eagle flies to the treetop to perch! They stayed a few minutes - our cam op zoomed in on M15 - he is looking incredibly handsome! It appears that this female eagle is the same one that he has been seen with over the summer. It is very heartwarming to know that M15 is not alone - especially after the sudden death of F23 last February. All signs look promising for M15 & his new lady! ♥ I included a bonus segment with Dory the Appy pasture horse taking a swim in the pond! I do not know when cam 1 will be live but I assume it will be up soon. The audio was either off or very low - that is something SWFEC will adjust as they get the cams up and synced.
