I Want Everyone to Like Me - Overcoming the Need For Approval

I've had to learn how to stop caring about what other people think about me. It's difficult because I've always wanted people to like me. In this video I talk about my experience with low self-esteem and my need for approval. I also try to give some thoughts that can reassure people that it's okay if not everyone likes you.
