Day One: Toronto (North York) to Brant Conservation campsite in Brantford via Great Lakes Waterfront Trail and Hamilton - Brantford Rail Trail. Day Two: Brantford to Six Nations Territory and passing through the old town Caledonia and connecting to Chippewa rail trail north bound to Hamilton.
