Elderly Gorilla NENE interacts with Keeper | Nene back when she was in Shabani Group

In 2026, at Higashiyama Zoo. Nene, an elderly female gorilla, was begging a zookeeper for food. The next part of the video shows the Shabani group around 2023. Shabani had been teasing Annie a bit too much and ended up making her angry. When Annie started chasing Shabani while screaming, Nene—hearing Annie’s screams—began chasing Shabani as well. Whether Nene, as the alpha female, wanted to settle the group’s conflict or simply wanted to chase Shabani is something only Nene knows. 　 Timestamps 00:00 Nene in 2026. 01:24 The Shabani group in 2023 02:19 Shabani teasing Annie 04:50 Nene and Kiyomasa 05:11 Annie chases after Shabani 05:30 Nene chases after Shabani 09:38 Nene chasing a bug in 2026. 🔳the Shabani Group consists of Shabani: Male Born October 20, 1996 Nene: Female Born in 1972 (estimated) *She is currently separated from the group.
