SEECO Faydalanıcı Hikayeleri Kahramanmaraş: Durdiye Şan

Durdiye Şan, çiftçi bir ailenin kızı olarak toprakla iç içe bir yaşam sürüyor ve doğal üretim ile yöresel ürünlere dayalı bir işletme kurarak bu mirası yaşatıyor. İşletmesinde dolma kuruları, kışlık tarhana, biber, nane, kekik, içli köfte ve tirşik çorbası gibi yöresel ürünler üretiyor. Ürünleri, soğuk zincir yöntemiyle tüm Türkiye'ye ulaştırılıyor. Durdiye Hanım, deprem sonrası kaybettiği üretim tesisini SEECO destekleriyle yenileyerek iş gücünü artırdı ve daha fazla kadına istihdam sağladı. Artık sadece ürün üretmekle kalmayıp, aynı zamanda ekonomik kalkınmaya katkı sağlıyor ve yerel üreticileri destekliyor. "Pes etmemek" prensibiyle hareket eden Durdiye Hanım ve ekibi, karşılaştıkları zorluklara rağmen üretmeye devam ediyor. Bu başarı, güçlü bir ekip çalışması ve destekleyici projelerin gücüyle mümkün oldu. --- As the daughter of a farmer family, Durdiye Şan lives a life in touch with the land and keeps this legacy alive by establishing a business based on natural production and local products. He produces local products such as dried stuffed vegetables, winter tarhana, pepper, mint, thyme, stuffed meatballs and tirşik soup in her business. Their products are delivered to all over Turkey using the cold chain method. Durdiye renewed the production facility she lost after the earthquake with SEECO support, increasing her workforce and employing more women. Now it not only produces products, but also contributes to economic development and supports local producers. Acting with the principle of "not giving up", Durdiye and her team continue to produce despite the difficulties they face. This success was made possible by strong teamwork and the power of supporting projects.
