What If WoW Forever Is the NEW Timeline | World Of Warcraft

What if it's the beginning of a completely different World of Warcraft timeline? I've been playing the WoW Forever Beta, and after spending hours back in Azeroth, one thought keeps coming back to me: 🤔'What if WoW Forever doesn't have to follow the same path that Retail WoW took?' We've already seen how World of Warcraft evolved over the years. We've seen expansions, new systems, new progression, and huge changes to the game. But WoW Forever gives us something interesting to think about: 🤔'What if Blizzard took everything they've learned from more than 20 years of WoW and chose a different road this time?' 🤔'Could WoW Forever become an alternate history of World of Warcraft?' A WoW where the world stays important. A WoW where exploration, professions, rare items, guilds and social interaction matter. A WoW where we don't already know exactly what the future looks like. I don't know if this is actually Blizzard's plan. This is just a thought I had while playing WoW Forever. But that's what makes it exciting. Maybe WoW Forever isn't about recreating the past. Maybe it's about creating the WoW that could have been. 👇 What do YOU think?
