Attempting ASMR

My first ASMR video in forever... I tried out ASMR five years ago, but due to life and a little self-doubt, I paused for much longer than I intended. Now, I’m giving it a real go. It’s time to relearn ASMR! Forgive all the cuts; I had to remove almost half of my video due to some poor choices! ~ NEW VIDEOS EVERY WEEK! ~ SOCIAL MEDIA: ⮞ TikTok —   / spectreasmr   ⮞ Twitter —   / spectreasmr   ⮞ Instagram —   / spectreasmr   FILMED WITH: ⮞ Video — Canon EOS Rebel T7i ⮞ Audio — Blue Yeti 🎧 Enjoy with headphones! ~ DISCLAIMER: ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is the tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It is often used as a relaxation tactic, helping those with insomnia or anxiety. It does not replace any sort of medical advice. #ASMR
