NRW Design S58 Billet Block Shop Tour

The NRW Design S58 Billet Block Program is moving into its next phase. In this video, we take you behind the scenes at Mazworx in Orlando, Florida, where our S58 billet engine blocks will be machined and brought to life. Designing a billet engine block is only part of the challenge. Turning that design into a finished block capable of supporting our 2,000+ WHP goals requires serious machining capability, precision, experience, and attention to detail. That’s where Mazworx comes in. We’ll walk you through the Mazworx machine shop, show you some of the equipment that will be used to manufacture our S58 billet block, and give you a closer look at what goes into producing a component of this magnitude. This project has been in development for more than 18 months, and we’re excited to finally start peeling back the layers and bringing you along for the journey—from engineering and development to machining, assembly, dyno testing, and eventually putting the block to the test in our NRW Design G80.
