FOREVER BROKEN! Busted Dover Elevator-Bonanza Inn-Reno, NV

I've tried filming this three years in a row but it's always been broken. The sign on the door is new as well as the tape over the call station. This motel is too poor to have a running elevator. The pool is empty!!
