PlatinumQuest: Satisfying Runs 9

After several years of grinding singleplayer gem hunt, all of my efforts have culminated into the video you see now. One hour of bullshit luck to make you go "why can't I get a run like that??? fuck this Mazik guy". This video has runs spanning from as far back as late 2021 to late 2025, so the quality of each run will vary depending on when I set them. Runs are in the order I got the ATs in. You can read all of my run comments here as well: https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/... While this was one of two big videos I wanted to upload before stepping away from the game, I cannot say that I am entirely proud of the finished product. It's a serviceable video, and I'm proud of certain runs, but I am uploading this more out of necessity rather than actually wanting to upload it, as I realized that if I will be gone for a while, there likely won't be another chance to get this video to as close of a standard I would've wanted it to be. If I come back sooner than I think, I'd rather grind gem hunt purely because I like it, and not also for the purpose of one big video, as I've sunk a lot of time into this already. I'm sure I could improve certain runs right now if I wanted, I'm sure I could've made better song choices too, but at this point it's not worth it anymore. I also don't know what the consequences of releasing my break luck doc will be, if every score will eventually be wiped or not, so this video also acts as a safety measure in case anything drastic happens. I am okay with letting the quality slip by on this video since it's ultimately just gem hunt runs, but if I ever have the motivation, time, and efficiency to finish Satisfying Runs 10 in the future, I want to be happy with a vast majority of my runs, getting them all to be as optimized as I can take them. I cannot do that right now even if I wanted to, so for now I will have to settle with just uploading Satisfying Runs 9 in a less than ideal manner. As for what the future holds for me, I still want to finish off Marble Blast Synergy at some point in the future and make a video for the remaining levels that are out and will be released later, but that video probably won't come out until early 2027 at best. Getting one more WR on the LBs would be nice too, but I'll have to see how I feel after the summer passes by for both of those things. For now though, I need some rest away from this game. Cya around and enjoy the video if you decide to watch it all the way through. Levels and Timestamps: Intro [0:00] 6. Blender: Chop (231) [0:29] 22. Marbleland (180) [2:36] 24.
