New York City Marathon Preview Show - American Chances, Almgren's debut, Obiri & Kipruto

A live episode from the NYC Marathon Expo at the Javits Center, covering the biggest storylines for Sunday's race. The crew reveals insider intel that prominent doping positives are coming from Ethiopia, adding to an already extensive list of banned marathon champions. On the men's side, Swedish sensation Andreas Almgren makes his marathon debut as the betting favorite despite no European-born man winning NYC in 30 years, while defending champion Benson Kipruto looms as the proven contender. The women's race features a surprisingly thin field after withdrawals by Sifan Hassan and others, with Hellen Obiri and Sheila Chepkirui as the clear favorites — and American women Weini Kelati & Jess McClain eyeing America's best shot at a major marathon podium in years.
