In this video Justice Abhay Oka gives his views with regard to the controversy over Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, a sitting Judge of the Supreme Court while speaking to the law students at the NALSAR Hyderabad. He spoke whether the comments actually caused any impropriety? Justice Abhay Oka was a Judge of the Supreme Court of India from 26th August 2021 to 24 May 2025. Prior to that he had been the Chief Justice of Karnataka and Bombay High courts.
