This Atari 800XL Only BOOTS to BROKEN Self Test #febtari

This Atari 800XL came to me from Martin on the CRG patreon. It's presenting a weird fault in that it only boots to its self test screen but the question is what failed and why? As we discover by the end it also needs a new keyboard membrane (partly down to my own stupidity). If anyone knows where I can get one please get in touch.
