Striper Fishing Report Northern California Rio Vista California Delta Striper Fishing When your smallest keeper striper is longer then 22 inches, you know you have a great problem! What a difference! On this trip, we had no problem catching bait! Hence, we smacked some great striper! We had difficulty with our trolling motor. However, the Good Lord opened another door! We discovered we do just as well by anchoring up! This was the first time ever where we caught all four striper using live bait while anchoring!!!
