Day 68 of saying something every day! ✨ Today, I want to congratulate the students and young people in Serbia whose protest movement has achieved a historic electoral victory. After nearly two years of protests against corruption and government accountability, the student-backed movement won a major victory in Serbia's parliamentary elections. Seeing young people stand together for what they believe in gives me so much hope. ❤️ As a Gen Z myself, I genuinely admire this generation's courage to question authority, stand up for their rights, and demand change. I believe peaceful protests and collective action can be powerful ways to make our voices heard. We don't need to destroy public property or hurt innocent people to prove that something is wrong. This also made me think about something that deeply upsets me: war. Why do ordinary people have to suffer because of conflicts between governments, political leaders, or groups fighting for power? Why do innocent people lose their homes, families, and lives when they never chose to be part of the conflict in the first place? And the children — they break my heart the most. Children should be growing up, playing, learning, and enjoying their lives. Instead, so many are forced to experience fear, loss, and suffering because of decisions they had no part in making. I know the world is complicated, and I don't have all the answers. But I still find it difficult to understand why human beings, who share the same world and the same basic needs, have to destroy one another. I admire young people who fight for a better future, and I hope we continue to use our courage, unity, and voices to create a world where fewer people have to suffer. What do you think? Can peaceful collective action change the world, and do you think humanity will ever learn to resolve its conflicts without war? Thanks for listening to another one of my random thoughts. ❤️ #GenZ #Serbia #StudentProtests #PeacefulProtest #YouthPower #GenZVoices #StopWar #WorldPeace #Humanity #ChildrenInWar #HumanRights #AntiWar #SocialChange #SayingSomethingEveryDay #YouTubeShorts
