Ingredients: Cleaned Ripe Pineapple 3 Cups Ripe Nendran ( Plantain ) 2 Big Pumpkin yellowish 100 to 150 gms( normally we say ripe... will be bit sweet) Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Green Chillies 2 long cut round Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 ½ tsp Salt to taste cashew nuts spllit 20 nos Grated Coconut 1 ¼ cup melted Jaggery.
