Nissan's S-Chassis represented a memorable era for Japanese car manufacturers when the JDM sports car segment was thriving. Aftermarket tuning shops and parts suppliers exemplified the popularity of these models by providing their own unique takes on some of the most popular models. Fast forward to 2019 and most of our favourite name plates from that era no longer exist. Even rarer, are new name workshops that invigorate these cars. There are a few odd exceptions though, such as Garage Mak; a humble tuning shop tucked away in Nagano, the Chūbu region of Japan. Our latest feature car is a 1999 Nissan Silvia S15 owned by Michael Vinall that's subject to a complete Garage Mak Wide Body kit.
