In a village in Meghalaya, India, Daiana manages several businesses, including pig farming, ginger cultivation, and silkworm trading. Her top priority is her grandchildren. "The father of my grandchildren didn't want to care for them," Daiana reveals. When her own daughter Rina had to move to Shillong, a nearby city, for work and education, Daiana became their primary caregiver. “Even though I am poor, my deepest desire is to witness my children receive an education.” so Daiana. She firmly believes that education is the key to securing children's rights and a brighter future.
