SHELLAC REBIRTH – Smooth Jazz Edition | OLD RECORDINGS · NEW SOUND | 3 Hours

Welcome to SHELLAC REBIRTH – Smooth Jazz Edition. Forgotten melodies from the early days of recorded music return in a completely new form. For this edition of Shellac Rebirth, historic songs and recordings from the shellac era have been reimagined as warm, atmospheric Smooth Jazz – with Rhodes piano, upright bass, brushed drums, smoky trumpet and carefully arranged modern instrumentation. Some tracks are purely instrumental, while others feature AI-synthesized vocals based on the voice reference of Melanie Reimer. This is not a restoration of the original recordings. It is a creative reinterpretation – preserving musical memories while opening the door to an entirely new sound. Three hours of relaxed Smooth Jazz for late evenings, reading, working, unwinding – or simply letting the music play in the background.
