VP Sara Duterte’s inclusion of her interest in GenCorp Industries in her SALNs despite her not being a stockholder or director is an “admission against interest”, ex-Philippine Bar Association president Rico V. Domingo said, adding that it would be a tall order to explain the inclusion as a typo since SALNs are made under oath.
