Steve Caddick demonstrates the process of hand engraving a banjo flange from a Vega Professional tenor banjo. This is Video 2 of a 2 video set. With an average time of 20 minutes for engraving one flange, it will take about 10 hours of engraving time to engrave the set. After engraving all of them, we do a final buffing on the wheel prior to sending them out for plating in either nickle or gold. Thanks for watching!
