Official Ruling RRG 1.8 on Focus the Senses & Daredevil First Impressions | Marvel Champions

In this video, I cover an official ruling issued out by FFG's rules specialist for Marvel Champions regarding the "when defeated" timing trigger in the rules reference guide 1.8 versus Daredevil's senses like Acute Tactility that can trigger when the last threat is removed from attached scheme. Huge shoutouts to NolanTrapp who sent in the rules question to FFG and shared their response: "Although When Defeated abilities are a type of Forced Interrupt, they take priority over Interrupts that specifically trigger via the same triggering condition. Acute Tactility’s Interrupt triggers upon the last threat being removed from a scheme, which is an earlier timing point than that scheme being “defeated.” So, if Acute Tactility is attached to Focus the Senses when it’s defeated, Acute Tactility triggers first and discards, which then allows Focus the Senses to put it into play from the Sense deck."
