Next xray will be at 18 months (fall 2026) and I'm feeling optimistic, my daughter started walking at 13 months and that weight bearing is good for continued hip development! This is my experience with my daughter in a Pavlik harness from 3-6 months for hip dysplasia (in the US). In this video, I share my day-to-day experience, show you what it looks like to have a baby in a hip dysplasia harness, discuss what ultrasound results mean, and share tips and tricks that I've learned along the way. Our final ultrasound was done October 2025 and our next xray will be in Spring 2026, and I will update this description then with how our long term follow-ups are going! This video is not medical advice, just our experience shared for solidarity and support! Please talk to your doctor before trying any tips & tricks you hear about from strangers on the internet 😆
