Race 3 of a very hot weekend at Morgan Park - September 2026. ‪@replicatourers7974‬ The NEiGE RACING / Dr Sugar Commodore was struggling with car speed due to persistent overheating. You’ll notice me coasting and short shifting where possible to keep things in check. Unfortunately we had to raise the white flag when temps went through the roof, sacrificing all our places to be back of the grid for the final race on the weekend. A quick check up post race revealed that we’d boiled the entire contents of the coolant system out during the race. Fortunately no harm done to the engine, we took valour over glory. The right call ultimately. This old girl is pretty tough, we filled her up with water and managed to finish the last race of the weekend with no problems. Ultimately finishing the round with a 2nd place in the 5 litre class and keeping our 2026 hopes of a Podium finish alive (just).
